Young children can match pairs of six or eight cards. Older children, with their good memories, easily play with many more cards. Here’s a way to play Concentration while incorporating your whole family Get a new roll of film and take pictures of your family in distinctive clothing or making goofy faces. Include the family pets also. Try to get at least twelve to fifteen pictures. When getting the film developed, ask for double prints. For durability, glue each photo on a plain index card. The photos are now your Concentration cards. Mix the photos and lay them out on the table in even rows. The first player turns over two cards. He might see a picture of Dad sticking out his tongue and a picture of him-self wearing a baseball hat. Since those cards don’t match, he returns them to their original position and another player turns two cards over. As soon as two cards match, that player removes the cards and gets another turn. Continue playing until all the cards are gone and you are tired of Looking at everyone’s silly faces.
